There is a facebook page called "petition to bring back the secret chocolate bar!!!" You can Friend that page to show your support. At this time, Nestle has not relaunched the Secret bar because of high production costs and low sales volume. In the meantime try Walnut Whips, which have a similar filling.

Currently, there are no plans for Nestlé to bring back the Secret chocolate bar, but there have been numerous petitions and groups on social networks like facebook advocating its return.
