The Sun Conure is a type of small bird that is often kept as a pet. Its diet consists of half grains and seeds, including millet, grass seed, and sunflower seed, and half fresh vegetables. Small amounts of fresh fruit can be used as treats. I have never heard of this diet being used for humans.

A sun conure is a type of parrot that needs a specific type of diet to stay healthy. It is not recommended that you follow this type of diet for yourself, but if you choose to, the diet should be made up of about 45% vegetables, 5% fruits, and 50% grains, seeds and nuts.

A sun conure is a bird that's found in South America. The sun conure diet includes seeds, nuts, and fruit which are food the bird would eat in the wild. If an owner decides to feed their son conure bird pellet food, the bird may refuse to eat it as it becomes bored, behaves negatively, and refuses to eat.

Sun conures require seeds for a good shine to their lustrous, bright yellow feathers. You must not give them chocolate, for it can be fatal in small doses. These birds love to eat hot chillies.
