A durable, drought resistant day lily. It has a vibrant yellow flower. It can have continual blooming throughout the season if the spent blooms are removed. Several times through the season, wilted leaves should be removed to improve the look. Particularly attractive when they are planted in mass. They should be cut to grade toward the end of Autumn.

The perennial "Stella d'Ore" is a beautiful golden-yellow flower, which gets its name from the very color that it displays. The name even sounds like the cookie.
