Try steam, that has lifted several stains from my microsuede couch, and I've also used a tiny bit of dish soap effectively.

Spray a mixture of water and low acidic level cleanser on to the stain. Rub gently with a soft dry cloth. If the stain is deep, repeat the process. The sooner you spot the stain, lesser the time taken to clean.

Generally microsuede should not stain. If there are, oxyclean is the safest thing to use besides an upholstry cleaner. You can get a foam that vacuums up.
