N.O.R.E, an acronym for "Niggers on the Run Eating," was the name of Santiago's solo debut album, which he recorded after his partner in the rap group Capone-N-Noreaga went to jail on a parole violation. He and "Capone" met in prison. Santiago was born September 6, 1976 in Queens, New York, and has been active in music since 1996.
