Scalp hair loss is caused by extreme stress, medication, genetic hair loss, medical conditions (Other than fibroids)and dietary deficiencies. If you take Androgens (Androgens are male hormones)to slow or stop the growth of fibroids and relieve the symptoms. A potential side effect is hair loss.

You can have scalp hair loss from the prescence of fibroids.Uterine fibroids can disrupt hormone levels and in doing so can cause hair loss.

Fibroids are scar tissue that has formed in bundles on an area of skin. It destroys the hair follicles in that section of skin, therefore hair cannot grow.

Fibroids are the cancerous conditions in the tumors conditions in humans especially in the female due to the abnormality of the cells. But hair loss is due to the parasitic infection or the infection by dermatophytic infection. So it has no such a relation between hair loss on scalp due to fibroids.

Fibroids are actually just scar tissue. Some people have overactive scar tissure formation, excessive scar bundles are called keloids. Scar tissure replaces normal healthy tissue and doesn't not contain hair folicles. No hair folicles equals no hair. Cosmetic surgery is really the only way to remove these fibroids but you risk them coming bake worse than before.
