But hair loss is due to the parasitic infection or the infection by dermatophytic infection. So it has no such a relation between hair loss on scalp due to fibroids.

Fibroids are actually just scar tissue. Some people have overactive scar tissure formation, excessive scar bundles are called keloids. Scar tissure replaces normal healthy tissue and doesn't not contain hair folicles. No hair folicles equals no hair. Cosmetic surgery is really the only way to remove these fibroids but you risk them coming bake worse than before.
