I have not heard about grey's disease. It may be the grave's disease. It is disease caused by the over activity of thyroid gland.

Disease causing hyperthyroidism due over-activity of the thyroid gland is Graves' Disease. When thyroid is too active it will make more thyroid hormones which cause weight loss,rapid heart rate and nervousness

I think you might mean graves disease, since there doesn't seem to be anything found called grey's disease. Graves is a disease characterized by an enlarged thyroid and overproduction of a thyroid hormone.
