You need to clean the tv with a soft, damp cloth, and follow it with a dry cloth. Do not use any chemicals.

You can buy electronics cleaners at most major electronics stores that comes in a spray bottle. Many of these come with a lint-free static-free dry cloth. You just spray a small amount of cleaner on the rag and wipe the spots away.

the best way to clean is by paper, specially newspaper which is like a blotting paper means which can absorb water easily... try it..
