Try to change your reality up a bit. Take some classes, learn something new. Connect with new people with similar interests. Join an activity group that will challenge you.

Bone up on an old hobby or start a new one. Get to know your neighbors. Get a pet. Volunteer and go to church if you are a religious person. Get enough sleep. Check with your doctor to see if you have depression or vitamin deficiency.
