First and foremost, reducing time spent in the sun without SPF will greatly reduce the appearance and risk of brown spots. However, for the ones that you already have, there are a great many serums and creams that work wonders. Start with some nice department store ones such as Clinique or Lancome. They work the best.

These spots are also called aged spots. There are many different products on the market to get rid of these spots. Over all products I would recommend using Cocoa Butter.

Brown spots for the most part are genetic or a result of the sun tanning on your hands. Always apply the sunscreen and reduce exposure to the sun.

This is caused from dirt building up, so when you wash your hands use a wash cloth on the back of your hands to remove the dirt and exfoliate.

You can try rubbing lemon juice on the spots a few times each day, or another skin lightener. Also, a dermatologist can provide prescription strength treatment for the spots.
