I believe you will have to feed it ground worms or hamburger every two to four hours, day and night. Once it starts to eat on it's own and can fly, you will be able to let it go. I would also do research on the internet and try to find someone local who specializes in raising wild birds.

If you indeed find such an animal and take it into your care it is highly unlikely it will live to long, but that being said it is worth a try. Go to the local pet store and pick up a cage as well as baby bird books. You are going to have really grind up the baby's food.

Feed it every 10-20 minutes while it is still very young and every hour during the day later. It does not need to be fed at night. Feed it bits of worms and fruit or a special mixture you can get from a pet store. Give it bird vitamins as well, especially Vitamin D3.
