Question by  mstmp (75)

What can I do to grow inches taller?

There must be something I can do.

Answer by  Valentine62 (2131)

It depends on your age, but if you are still growing, stretching exercises are good. If you have reached your full growth, standing up straight will add at least two inches to your form. This will also work if you have not reached your potential height.

Drink lots of milk. It is true, by growing strong healthy bones with plenty of calcium your bones will grow longer and stronger. Sometimes you have to be patient.

Your height is mostly determined by genetics, so there is not much you can do grown taller. There are things you can do to jump higher. Calf and leg excerises.

Unfortunately, there is really nothing you can do personlly to grow more than your genes have intended. Height is determined by your genetic make-up that you got from your parents. Now some people say that eatting a very healthy diet may help growth. But it has never been proving to add height.

You can go to your doctor and get hormone injections. I would not do this to my body or recommend this done to anyone. Be happy the size you are.
