I would put mothballs all around the base of my plants. I did this in my garden because chipmunks kept eating my flower bulbs. The chipmunks immediately left them alone. This would probably work with any animal because they smell really weird.

If your plants are potted plants put them up out of reach to small animals. You could also fond a spray for your plants with somthing that does not taste good to animlas. Fencec work as wonders to keep animals out out you garden or plants. Maybe you could buy a humane trap, and release the farther away.

You can get a guard dog to protect your crops, build a cage over them, or get an alarm that will go off and frighten the armadillos.

have you ever tried spraying the plants with a toxin or something that repells wild anumals from the plants. you could try that or you could scare them off with loud noise. also if nothing else works i know this would be hard but it may be best to move your plants somewhere else
