If the redness is a temporary cold/allergy symptom, take antihistamines. Relax with a cold cloth over redness. If constantly red, you may have a medical condition like rosacea or eczema.

If the redness is caused by dry or chapped skin from blowing your nose or exposure to the elements, use a heavy moisturizer such as petroleum jelly to soothe the skin.

One way is to make sure you are using sunscreen when you go outside each day. You can also ask your doctor for oral antibiotics.

You can try to cover up the redness with a good concealer and possibly some makeup as well. You can also try over the counter creams or lotions for redness.

You just need some really good concealer. You should try a green concealer. It works great on redness. Make sure to blend well.

The skin around our noses can get red for a multitude of reasons including frequent wiping, consumption of alcoholic beverages or injury. If your nose runs, wipe gently with tissues. Limit your beverage intake if your nose turns red. If the redness is due to injury, time will heal it.

This depends on what the irritation is being caused by. If it is irritation, simply changing products may help. However, rosacea and other common skin disorders must usually be treated by a dermatologist. In addition, there are some over the counter creams that may be able to help but at best you can cover it with powder.
