Try relaxing first. Often times when one gets a pinched nerve elsewhere in the body, the first thing is to relax. If that doesn't work, try gentle stretches. This should loosen up whatever is pinched.
Given the severity & the complicatin that you're having I feel you need to see a professional. A doctor that can do scans & treat what's wrong with you. If you have something you may think is minor it might not be & by not checking it out is bad.
