This all depends on the circumstances. If you feel like you were denied based on discriminatory reasons then contact a lawyer or local community group to help you find a pro-bono attorney. If it was because of credit or income level then you don't have much to say.

It really depends on why you were denied the rental property. If you do not currently have a job or have been previously evicted from your apartment, then your application may be rejected. The rental company has the right to choose to whom they rent their properties out.

A rental company can deny you the right to rent one of their properties for a variety of reasons. In general, unless you can prove the denial is based on discrimination, there is nothing you can do to appeal this. Rental companies can deny you based on credit, income, rental history, criminal background, etc, without it being discrimination.

Contact your local housing administration to determine if the denial was a result of discrimination in any way. If so then you have legal recourse to sue the person whom denied you the right to rent. At which time you should obtain the services of an attorney and file a claim in the right court.

To appeal a denial to rent a property you must prove that the renting agent acted in an illegal manner, i.e. they refused to rent to you based on color, age, sex, creed, etc. Otherwise rental companies are allowed to choose who they rent to and there is no law requiring them to rent to all comers.

It all depends on what the reason was for the denial usually it is at the discression of the person that it renting the property as to rather or not they want to rent to a specific individual or not but you could always check with an attorney if you choose to.

Denial of a rental application can be appealed informally by talking with the landlord or property manager. Mostly it is not best to try to persuade them to rent to you, but it will benefit you to know why they chose not to.

It can only be appealed if there is some significant proof regarding the denial. It can't be entirely subjective unless you have some proof of the account ie. voice recordings would help
