Several things can cause these common symptoms. Dehydration commonly has these symptoms, as does lack of sleep, stress, and constantly in my case, new medication that affects my equilibrium. It can also be an outside force, such as a bump to the head.

Once you've ruled out dehydration, hunger, fatigue, stress, and PMS, it's a good idea to check this out with a doctor. It could result from any number of conditions.

Dizziness and a headache could indicate that you are having problems with migraine, blood sugar, your inner ear, or many other things. You should start keeping track to figure out if it happens when you are hungry, after you've eaten a certain food, or after you've done a certain activity. The doctor can tell you for sure.

There are many causes of both headaches and dizziness, but may be narrowed considerably. In order to rule out migraine or other such headaches, a complete neurological examination is needed.
