This is a fairly broad question becomes there are many different models of your type of car. I would either consult a mechanic personally, or refer to your user manual.

The first thing to do is bleed the clutch and add any fluid if it is low. Also you want to check the peddle and assure there is no damage.

Your clutch reservoir is probably empty. It is under the hood on the drivers side. It should be completely filled. Fill it up, air will work itself out over time.

Well you can try doing a good bleed on the system to make sure there is no air. If that doesn't help you can try replacing then line with a set of braided ones. You might also need to try upgrading the clutch itself to firm the feel up.

A mushy clutch is a good indicator that the clutch needs replacement. There are some adjustments that can be made but not to the alleviate the mushy feeling.

You should first check that the transmission has the correct fluid level. In most cases with a "mushy" clutch your going to have to replace the clutch.

Check clutch reservoir to make sure its not empty, its under hood on driver side and if it needs to be filled with some more fluid, fill it back up. If you don't know how to check take it to a licensed mechanic or auto dealership.
