There are treats and certain foods that can be fed to a dog to fix its breath. Good oral hygiene can have a large impact as well. A dog that has its teeth brushed regularly and properly exercised has much better breath than that of a dog that has rarely or never had its teeth brushed.

Brush his teeth with dog tooth paste. You can get him some milk bones. However though there might be a deeper problem if his breath is really bad. I suggest you take him to the vet and get his mouth looked at to rule everything else out for him.
