Carbs are basically energy. Thus, any exercise will burn them. There are several companies that claim that supplements can do this, but this is not true. If you are burning calories by exercising, you are burning carbs, and this is the only proven way to do so.

Nothing will burn purely "carbs", so to say. If you want to burn some extra weight there are several options. A reduction in your daily amount of calories (following a strict diet), is a sure way to burn weight. Also, try doing cardiovascular exercise.
