More than likely you need to replace what is called the serpentine belt, or the power drive belt. They are pretty inexpensive at most auto stores and can be changed in about 30 minutes or less if you have the right tools. Or you can pay someone $50.

Honda Accord has lot of belts, if u have problem with the seat belt it should be changed if you have any problem with fan belt change it.
