If you are allergic to gold, you can get a ring that is made of platinum. Since they are different alloys, most likely you will not be allergic to it

There are other options such as silver, platinum and titanium. there are some amazing designs available, unfortunatly the later two tend to cost a a fair bit. Otherwise, I have a friend that wears it on a necklace.

I would suggest you to go for Platinum because it is hypo allergic - some people have sensitive skin so, they should opt for platinum or any specific metal as per their skin.
