My guess is white flies.

They could be baby bedbugs.

Alarmingly enough, baby bed bugs fit this description, as long as these are indoor bugs we're talking about here. They are very small and fast, white/yellow in color and can hide out in any of your furniture (not just your bed! ) for a very long time.

Tiny fast bugs that are white may be found in the kitchen or other areas, especially if there a lot of trees/ forests close by. Those bugs are often called paper lice or book lice. Lice is the term used to name them because they are very small and white kind of like hair lice.
