What are these painless white bumps on my gums and this bump on my tongue?

They have been there about a week.

These are probably white mass which occurs after recovery of body from a viral fever or other diseases. Better use mouth wash and tounge cleaner to clean this.

Sounds like canker sores, although those generally have slight pain to them. Babies get milk bumps sometimes this could also be the case.

These bumps may be due to injury caused by hot food or drink. Avoid hot, spicy and acidic foods. If no pain, no problem it will cure by itself

The white bumps are usually just canker sores. Alternatively, these spots can just be harmless indications that one is not brushing their teeth (and yes) tongue enough.

These could be one of two things. They could be a form of painless canker sores. Easily treated with salt water rinses. Or they could also be thrush. Commonly occurs in babies, but adults can catch it as well.
