Strength can be translated as either vires or fortitudo, the former being more physicial, the later more theoretical. Honor as an inner attribute is translated as honestas. The complete phrase would either be vires et honestas or fortitudo et honestas.

Vis et honos is the Latin for "strength and honor. " Vis (vis, vis, f) is an irregular noun, while honos (honos, honoris, m) is in a third declension

The word strength translates to resistenza, and translates to e, and honor translates to onore. If your using it in a sentence, it is "resistenza e onore. Hope this helps.
