If you mean the noun form (as in "a conquest of the Gauls"), then "conquistus" would be appropriate. The verb form ("to conquer") would be vinco, vincere, vici, victum.

The English Noun "Conquest" would be translated into Latin with the noun victoria, -ae, f (a 1st declension noun) for a military victory. As with all Latin nouns, you need the case, number and gender to create the correct form.
