Some top pregnancy signs include: fatigue, increased urination, breast tenderness, increased appetite, light spotting, elevated body temperature, metallic taste in mouth, a missed period, nausea, and vomitting. Of course, the only way to know for sure if you are pregnant is to take a pregnancy test, but many women notice some of these signs even before missing their period.

A missed period, morning sickness, odd cravings, weight gain, breast swelling, moodiness, unexplained sadness/depression that comes and goes, exhaustion, eating more often and in larger quantities, and leakage from the nipples can all be signs of pregnancy. A simple test from any drug store can confirm a pregnancy.

The top ten pregnancy signs include lack of menstrual period, fatigue, nausea, cramping, being overly tired and a frequent need to urinate. Some of these signs and symptoms will not occur till later in pregnancy with the absence of menstrual period being your first sign of pregnancy. Keep in mind that not everyone will experience the same symptoms
