Crohn's disease is primarily a digestive illness, so most symptoms are in the digestive tract. There may be pain and abdominal cramping, especially after eating, weight loss, fatigue, an inability to gain weight, and poor ability to absorb nutrients. Bloody diarrhea and diarrhea in general are key symptoms, and vomiting may also include blood. Anemia may follow the blood loss.
