Several symptoms of the canine cold are coughing, sneezing, running eyes and nose, an abnormally dry nose, sleeping more than usual, and loss of interest in food and water. However many things can be mistaken for a cold such as; parainfluenza, adenovirus type-2, kennel cough, and canine distemper. I would recommend going to the vet. if it gets any worse.
