The most common sign of peri-menopause is irregular periods. You may have months when you have no menstrual period at all. Other months, you may have heavier periods, shorter, or longer periods.
You may have hot flashes. This is the big one. You may notice your hair is starting to fall out as well. You may also be a little more moody than usual.
There are so many signs of perimenopause. Some are fatigue, cravings for sweets, weight gain, hot flasses, night sweats, +-depressed, illitability, insomia, and loss of desire to have sex.
