Signs of a Rimadyl overdose can include drowsiness, visible pain in stomache, nausea, vomiting, blurred vison, headaches, slow breathing or panting, seizures or little to no urine being produced. Any change in feces can indicate drug interaction or possibly side effects.

Rimadyl is a pain releiver for dogs and if you find you pet has nausea, abdominal, a loss of appetite, throwing up excessively, black stool, or diarrhea then you should take it to the vet immediately cause it may have overdosed. Overdose of this medicine can cause kidney failure.

It can cause liver and kidney disease. Bleeding ulcers can also occur. The dog can have stomachaches and vomiting. The appetite is sometimes affected and there can be abnormal bowel movements. The eyes, skin, and gums can have a yellow appearance and scabs can appear on the skin. See the vet promptly if any symptoms appear.
