What are the requirements for confirmation in the Philippine Catholic church?

In any Roman Catholic church, you have to recieve the previous sacraments before recieving Confirmation, these include Baptism, Reconciliation (confession), and First Holy Communion. For children, this is often spread out over a decade or two, but often when people convert as adults the rites will be performed as one.

One must have a certificate of baptism first, and at age ten , he must have his First Confession followed by First Communion. These are done in the RC church.
