Teaching English overseas needs fluency in English, with grammar. The audio of speaking language should be able hear by others. It should be understandable to others

You must have sound knowledge in English grammar and vocabulary. You must pass a test conducted to join any foreign institution. For school,you need a teacher training qualification.

Qualifications vary greatly - I know English teachers in Japan don't have to even have a degree in English, but I would do specific research for the country you want.
