What are the pros and cons of grounding vs non-grounding a 220 receptacle?

The biggest issue with non-grounding is it can be a fire hazard if there are any electrical problems. In a power spike or lightning strike an ungrounded breaker and spark and ignite without popping the breaker, whereas a grounded breaker will pop because it will short out.

grounding makes safe for human life and for electronic devices too but its more costlier and complex comparing non-grounding. while non-grounding, sometimes people used to get shock or earthed because of this reason. easy to apply.
