cold environments to grow. Brown patch/dollar spot like hot temperatures. Fairy ring shows up as a mushroom ring.
Dollar-Spot and Brown Patch are the most common. Iron Sulphate may help, avoid over-watering and too much fertilizer, particularly with nitrates. Consult your garden center for local information.
Most lawn fungi are beneficial because they release decaying organic matter that acts as fertilizer. Do not dig up mycorrhizal fungi as these are beneficial to plants and removing them can damage the plants and grass. Slime molds can overshade or suffocate lawn, remove it by hosing it down.
