There are many books that weren't included in the Bible that were considered authoritative by different churches. A good many were discovered in Egypt (called the Nag Hammadi texts) and more with the dead sea scrolls. There are many books written about them, including translations. I recommend the author Bart Ehrman for more information.

"The Gospel of Eve" is known to have existed but no current copies exist. "The Gospel of Mary Magdalene", "The Gospel of Thomas", "The Lost Years of Jesus", "The Aquarian Gospel of Christ", "The Gospel of the Nativity of Mary", and several other gospels exist but are not considered part of any formal Christian cannon.

There are no missing books in the Bible. Unfortunately, some secular scholars who do not believe the Bible or in God have over the years tried to create doubt in the minds of many people by claiming that some books were missing from the Bible. But this is not true.
