There are three different kinds of cabbage worms that can destroy your crops if not eliminated. The cabbage looper is green with black stripes on its back and moves in a "looping" motion. The imported cabbage worm is velvety green in appearance and moves slowly. The diamondback moth larvae is an active worm and moves a lot.

My last pay check was $9500 working 12 hours a week online. My sisters friend has been averaging 15k for months now and she works about 20 hours a week. I can't believe how easy it was once I tried it out. This is what I do,>>> bit.ly/SoY0Kn  add a comment

There are three different worms that love to munch on cabbage: the cabbage looper, green with stripes; the imported cabbageworm, velvety green; and the larvae of the diamond-back moth, small and very active.

There are three types of green worms that could be found on cabbage, the imported cabbageworm, cabbage looper, or diamondback moth larva. A pesticide like Sevin, or a bioliogical pesticide like bacillus thuringienisis can be used to control them.

The green worms on your cabbages are likely either loopers [trichoplusia ni] or imported cabbage worms [pieris rapae]. The cabbage worms are a paler shade of green with a white stripe down their backs. You'll notice big holes in the leaves where they have fed.

Well if there are little green worms on your cabbage, they are called cabbage worms. Please throw the cabbage away.

These are most likely the larve of the cabbage butterfly. If the worm is small and green with white strips it is called a cabbage looper. These worms are very destructive because they feed very quickly. If thats what you have you need to get some pesticides as soon as possoble to take care of the problem.

I originally come from England and we nearly always had these little pests in our cabbages. They are caterpillers, which is a larvae of the butterfly or moth. The cabbages need to be rinsed thoroughly to get rid of them.
