What are the key steps to maintaining health?

There are three things to do and many things to avoid in order to maintain health. Eat well, Do muscle training Do cardiovascular excersice. Avoid smoking and alcohol abuse.

The key steps to maintaining health are to consume healthy foods and remain active. Eat the right foods most of the time and work out at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes and you should be able to maintain your health. Also stay away from harmful substances like drugs, tobacco and alcohol.

You should continue to exercise regularly, incorporating cardio, strength training, and flexibility (like yoga or stretching). As well, continue to have a healthy diet, getting fats from good sources and staying away from processed foods.
