This professional as a licensed medical doctor enjoys a generous salary of ($140,000-$180,000) and unless he or she works in a hospital or clinic setting does not usually receive benefits. However, hospital or clinic employed pediatricians do get life insurance, 401K plan, paid vacation, and sick days.

Your patientes are more compliant to treatment due to their parents involvement.
