IQ is mental age divided by physical age x 100. If your mental age matches your physical age, you have an IQ of 100. Different IQ tests have different standard deviations but half the population has an IQ within 1 SD of 100.

The IQ Scale is not that hard to know The normal person is 90-109. The higher up you go on the scale, the smarter the person is. The lower you go on the scale, the dumber the person is. 120-140 is above average, and over 140 is a Genius. 95% of the IQ scores fall between 70 and 130.
