Different regions of the world speak different dialects. They are Castilian, Andalusian, Murcian, Aranese (Occitan), Canarian, Llanito, Latin American Spanish, Rioplatense Spanish, Caribbean Spanish, Equatoguinean Spanish
There are only two dialects of spanish: catalonian and galician. It is wrongly considered that the south-american countries have a dialect of spanish. Spain and most south-american countries share the same language (spanish). Meaning that all the different word variations that you can find in those countries is still spanish.
