                                                           Common Israeli vegetables include cucumber, tomato, onion, cabbage, peas and lots of beans. They especially use a lot of chick peas. Since the climate in Israel is mild like California and Florida they have a lot of citrus fruit. Oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit are the the plentiful crops. They also grow a lot of nuts like almonds.
