It depends what you mean by programing your phone, if you mean the pin number it asks you for when you try to do certain things, i.e. factory reset your phone it should be 1234 or 12345 on a nokia, unless your service provider has changed the defaults. If you mean settings for you phone it depends on the provider

It depends what you need to program it for. If you need to unlock it from mobile provider then go to and search " unlock Nokia XXX" where is XXX -your phone model.
