Celtic and Wicca are two seperate ideologies. Celtics refer to people who spoke or descendants of Celtic speakers. They celebrated the four "greater" sabbats- Samhain, Imbolc, Beltane and Lughnasadh. Wiccans celebrate 8 sabbats the four greater and four "lesser"- Yule, Ostara, MidSummer, and Mabon. No one culture in the past celebrated all eight sabbats as modern Wiccans do.

Samhain, on October 31st. Imbolc, on January 31st, February 1st, or February 2nd. Beltanes, on half-way between the vernal Equinox & Summer Solstice. Lammas, or Lughnasadh, on August 1st.

These typically revolve around the change in season, moon and sun phases. For example winter solstice, where the day reaches it shortest length is celebrated as Yule. There is also the summer solstice and spring and fall equinox.
