The applicant must register and they must be eleven years old. Parent as expected to do a fair amount of participation and troops are expected to be at the weekly meetings. Obey all medical, safety and health rules. Uniforms and equipment to be kept up. Dicipline will be maintained and all troops are required to participate in fund raising.
