Kawasaki motor cycle liquid engines. If you can be more specific? For cars or motorcycles. Isuzu has a great water cooled engine that works on diesel. The type is ISUZU 6BD1T Originaland is from china. Changzhou Beiante Power Machinery Company has a water cooled engine for around 11 hundred dollars. It is on all search engines.

I actually prefer the Rev Engines for cooling. You can get a great deal on them on ebay or craigslist. The used liquid cooled engines are a lot better though.
