What are the best jobs for felons?

A lot of restaurants will hire felons. They don't usually care if their employees are felons or not as long as they can do the job well and behave themselves at work. Another line of work is construction. These types of places don't do background checks because they don't care.

Many felons get jobs doing waste management. They may work helping clean up landfills or picking up trash every week from the curb.

Sorry to say but most places will not hire felons. You are probably going to have to find a place that won't do background checks or someone who is willing to give you a chance full well knowing your history.

Felons do not have many options. The best jobs is day labor positions. As a felon, you must utilize word of mouth to find acceptable positions.
