There are many, but hand ball, illegal tackle, illegal throw-in, arguing with the referee, or bad sportmanship towards another player, rough play, getting her cleat (shoes) high up in the air.
If the player on one team trips a player or deliberately shoves a player on the other team, that is a foul. If a player that is kicking the ball gets ahead of the defense players on the other team, that is offsides. Saying something offensive to another player or the official is also a foul.
The basic penalties are offsides and handball. Offsides means an offensive player does not have a defensive player between himself and the goal. Handball means touching the ball with hands.
The most obvious is hand ball, as you can't touch the ball with your hands. There are also red and yellow cards, a red card gets you immediately thrown out.
