What are the advantages of technology?

The advantages of technology are an ease to getting work done, more is produced, we learn new things about our bodies that lead to medical discoveries. People's lives are longer. Transportation is a plus. Our entire society exists on technology and as with everything, there are pros and cons.

One of the biggest advantages of technology is that it significantly cuts down the amount of time needed to do something. It's difficult to imagine our society without it.
