You can pay a company to do this. The cheaper way is to go to a stationery store and do them yourself handwritten, but it is a lot of work.

You can always order these with special words and pictures, but you can make your own in several ways. You might use a computer program and print and fold them. It's also nice to buy some pretty stationary or hand-made paper and use a calligraphy pen to make them out.
